All Tundra Restaurant Supply publishers are required to adhere to the standards laid out below.

BRAND REPRESENTATION
All affiliates are expected to maintain a professional and functional website. Any materials promoting Tundra Restaurant Supply must represent our company in a way that is consistent with our high brand standards. The copy should not contain misspellings, poor grammar or false statements regarding Tundra Restaurant Supply. Claims such as 'authorized dealer', 'official store' and 'free shipping on all orders' are prohibited. Publishers are also prohibited from representing themselves as authorized dealers of the brands that we carry. Tundra Restaurant Supply will not accept affiliates that operate a website that contains or promotes gambling, adult content, hate oriented content or any other content we deem offensive or inappropriate.

Tundra Restaurant Supply is currently prohibiting all paid search paired with branded terms. Sale prices may be promoted but must include the sale's end date of the promotion. Keep in mind that Tundra Restaurant Supply does not claim to solely be a discount website and should not be represented in that manner.

DOMAINS & URL'S
All Tundra Restaurant Supply publishers must have websites with unique URL's. Under no circumstance should your URL contain 'eTundra.com', 'Tundra Restaurant Supply' or any variation or misspellings of our trademarked terms. Currently, Tundra Restaurant Supply is prohibiting the use of branded terms in page titles, meta-tags, meta-descriptions or any other SEO optimization fields.

COMPARISON SHOPPING ENGINES & DATAFEEDS
Product datafeeds are to be used only on approved publisher websites. Publishers may not submit any of Tundra Restaurant Supply datafeeds to marketplaces or shopping portals such as Google Product, Shopzilla or NexTag.

POP-UP, POP-UNDER & REDIRECTS
Publishers must not use site re-directs, pop-ups or pop-unders to promote Tundra Restaurant Supply.

TOOLBAR POLICY
Tundra Restaurant Supply has a zero tolerance for adware, toolbars or other downloadable software applications. We do not allow any form of these tools.

EMAIL MARKETING
Publishers that wish to promote Tundra Restaurant Supply in email communications must have those emails pre-approved. All email communications representing the Tundra Restaurant Supply brand must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Publishers must make it clear that their email communications are coming from them and not Tundra Restaurant Supply. PPC ad copy may not make false representations regarding Tundra Restaurant Supply promotions, free shipping or coupons. Publishers cannot direct link on any term to etundra.com. Tundra Restaurant Supply is prohibiting any paid search with branded terms (this includes variations of branded terms including but not limited to: eTundra.com, eTundra, Tundra Restaurant Supply, etc.).

CONTENT
Publishers are prohibited from using Tundra Restaurant Supply site content unless it is provided in a data feed or approved by our affiliate manager. This includes but is not limited to written copy, product reviews, images and videos.

VIOLOATION POLICY: 
If a publisher(s) does not comply with the Tundra Restaurant Supply Terms & Conditions there will be one written warning and a 48 hour grace period for the publisher(s) to bring their website into compliance.
